Who We Are?

Hello, my name is Jack, and I’m Priscilla. Together, we are Growing Roots.

Our journey began in a small respite home, where we worked closely with special needs children, particularly those with level 3 ASD. Over time, we noticed a significant gap in the industry, especially for children with disabilities who lacked consistent, patient, and dedicated support in their everyday lives. This realisation fuelled our commitment to make long-lasting change.

With over 16 years of combined experience in the disability sector, our mission is simple yet profound: to provide essential care and personalised support that empowers individuals to regain independence.

We believe in the power of community engagement and enriching programs to transform lives. That’s why we create fun, inclusive excursions where our participants can explore, connect, and feel truly part of the community. From catching a flight to Queensland to experience Movie World, to a relaxing day out at the Zoo nothing is off limits!  Every outing is designed to spark joy, build confidence, and ensure no one feels excluded. We don’t just support individuals, we help them thrive!

Join us at Growing Roots, where we're cultivating a better future together!
