Hello, my name is Jack, and I’m Priscilla. Together, we are Growing Roots.
Our journey began in a small respite home, where we worked closely with special needs children, particularly those with level 3 ASD. Over time, we noticed a significant gap in the industry, especially for children with disabilities who lacked consistent, patient, and dedicated support in their everyday lives. This realisation fuelled our commitment to make long-lasting change.
With over 16 years of combined experience in the disability sector, our mission is simple yet profound: to provide essential care and offer personalised support to help individuals regain their independence. We believe deeply in the power of community engagement and enriching programs to transform lives.
