Our Camp offers a tailored experience designed specifically for children living with disabilities within a professional and engaging setting. This presents a unique and exciting opportunity for many families as overnight stays away from home are not frequent. Such experiences often foster a sense of independence and personal growth. Participants can look forward to dynamic activities and opportunities to forge meaningful friendships in a vibrant environment. Under the guidance of our enthusiastic team, we ensure a safe and exhilarating experience for all attendees.
Our camp caters to children with various physical, developmental, sensory, and intellectual disabilities. We strive to accommodate each camper's individual needs to ensure a positive and inclusive experience.
The camp is open to children and teenagers between ages 4 and 23. We welcome participants with a wide range of disabilities and abilities.
We provide pick-up during the morning on the first day of the camp, from the participant's residence to the campsite. We also provide drop-offs at the participants' residences at the end of the camp.
Our camp provides 1:1 support for campers who require individualised assistance and attention. Dedicated staff members are assigned to work closely with specific campers to ensure their safety, well-being, and participation in all camp activities. Our goal is to provide personalised support tailored to the unique needs of each camper, fostering a positive and inclusive camp experience for all participants.
Ensuring the safety and welfare of our campers remains our foremost commitment. Our facility boasts round-the-clock trained personnel and robust emergency procedures. We take pride in our fully accessible facilities, complemented by tailored accommodations to guarantee a secure environment for all attendees. Additionally, we maintain an onsite paramedic for immediate medical assistance. Our team members possess requisite qualifications in the disability sector, including certified first-aid training. Before each participant's arrival, a comprehensive risk assessment is diligently conducted to mitigate potential hazards.
We encourage guardians to stay connected with their children during the camp and provide regular updates, photos, and phone calls. Our staff members are always available to answer any questions or concerns parents may have throughout the camp.
Our camp kitchen is equipped to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions and allergies. We work closely with guardians to ensure that meals provided at the camp are safe and suitable for each camper's dietary needs.
